I have recently subscribed to a broadband option and have received the quick start kit with router but need support with getting a technician to come assist. I have tried to access support but I did not get a welcome email and hence no contract number so I can't register for a VM profile to get any support....
Calling your helpline is of no use either because your voice prompts won't let me proceed because again, no VM account.
Please can someone from VM team urgently assist and contact me here via pm to resolve this
