Hello there,
My name is Francisco, I've ordered a broadband deal from Virgin on the 21st of November and I received a confirmation email with a pre contract, information about collection and a order reference number, however i haven't heard anything after and I'm still waiting to hear about a delivery. The email said collection would be between the 24 nov-4 dec but i still haven't heard anything.
