No Refund Received

This exact same thing has happened to me. I have emailed the financial ombudsman to ask for advice. I haven't been refunded a credit note that was issued in June of last year and have been repeatedly given no help by virgin customer service team and then provided with the same email address that doesn't work.

Please advise.
