Netflix Nightmare

Tuning in

5 months later and I still pay for Netflix. Made over 15 calls, been promised resolution and call back - nothing. Can't activate using the 'activate' button and never received the fabled 'activation email'.... Total nightmare. So many complaints opened, but absolutely no resolution.

Speak to Citizens Advice.  They may be able to offer constructive advice.

I'm really sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems with the activation of your Netflix-inclusive bundle. I've taken a look on our end, and it does look like our IT Team have requested screenshots of the issue.

I'm going to send you a private message, so we can get this looked into further for you, and see what we can do about getting this resolved.
