Netflix Membership

Had Virgin installed yesterday, had the email about setting up Netflix.

Clicked the link, get as far as setting up an email address and password, choosing (Standard) Plan but then it asks to confirm payment of £10.99/month. Presumably I don’t click to Start Membership or I’ll be charged monthly. There doesn’t seem to be any link to my Virgin account. 

The MyVirgin app says “Adding soon”. Should I wait?

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, when setting up Netflix do this Via our box and select pay Via Virgin Media bill?

Do you mean to sign up to Netflix via channel 204 on the TV and choosing the Standard Plan (£10.99/month billed through Virgin Media), then clicking the blue “Start Membership” button.

Does that then add a £10.99 fee to each monthly bill which is reversed as a credit?
