Moved home, Account not working, couldnt register new account, couldnt use the previous account,
the contract extend itself to an other 18 months for no reason.
The web chat just cant figure out how to register my new account, they just told me to register with the new account number.
Anyone experience this before and know how to fix it. Thanks.

It sounds as though the old account wasn't moved over to the new account.
