Hey,

Trying to do a password on my VM cable account

 

[removed]

 

My security answer is not accepted though. I mean, my mother's maiden name isn't going to change! I've had the account ages, ten years or more, yet can't even reset my Pass as my bills are all online so I don't know the account number

 

So I'd like a password reset, but also the security answers redone because for some reason it isn't accepting what the only answer could be

Any more issues pop back here publicly and we can assist. When you change your password from the one we have given you here is our advice page for password strength

Sorry, you are having issues with resetting your my virgin media password.
