House number changed - now new contract end date

Hi,

My first contract with Virgin Media was put on house number: 5/1. However, because I live at 5 instead of 5/1 (an administrative mistake), I asked them to change it and so they did. Now that I am moving abroad in May it was brought to my attention that my contract end date changed with the administrative change of my house number and I have to pay a huge early termination fee. I never changed packages or anything, just the house number (again I did not ever actually move it was an administrative mistake). 

This does not seem right.

Really hope you can help me, thanks a lot in advance I appreciate it.
