So I was evicted 2 and a half months ago. I have been sofa surfing with my two kids while waiting to be rehoused and so haven't been able to use my services. Av paid each month but it's a lot to worry about while we are in this situation. I only have 3 Months left of my contract and they keep going on about a cancellation fee or pay each month as I have been. This has been a real cost especially in our current circumstances. Is there anyone else I can speak to or ask for to cancel my contract without a cancellation fee. I understand I signed a contract and have been a costumer for many many years I really think there should be some way they can help.
