I asked for an extension on my bill until the 31st of this month as I have a new job etc they agreed and I've still been cut off this evening any advice

Please do give our collections team a call on 0345 454 1111 and they will look into this for you.

We can offer one extension every 6 months if you've already had one in this time limit we wouldn't be able to do it for you sorry. 

Our extensions can only last for 7 days to. Thanks
