Disconnected

Hi I phoned on 24th May to say we were moving house and book in disconnection and reconnection for 1st JULY. 
I have came back holidays on Tuesday to find out we have been disconnected since 1st June!!!! I called on Tuesday and was told be 72 hours for reconnection. My husband called yesterday and there was no notes of our account on the system and we are still not connected, he was told it was all sorted and we would be reconnected. I run my own business working from home and we are still not connected again!!! This needs sorted ASAP as I am loosing money every day not working!!
