I started a new contract on February 29th for a package costing £159 a month. My current bill, dated 28th February, which states it is for the period 10th March to 9th April, is £375.75. It breaks down as a £24.93 credit, a current package charge of £187, a charge for package changes of £211.93, and a paper billing charge of £1.75 (I have never asked for a paper bill incidentally, and do not want one, so this needs taking off). Why is my current package given as £187 when it surely should be £159, and why am I being charged so much for package changes that are supposed to be saving me money?
