Charged to leave despite told wouldn't

I had a year long complaint that was never resolved !!! Missold a package 

they agreed I had been 

long story short they promised I would not be charged £170 leave fee

I was charged 

no one responds 

just need my money back

Despite numerous arrangements to pick up my equipment no one ever comes 

now charged £40

Really frustrated and want my money back

Still not received the £40 + £129 in n my bank 

Virgin are just taking people for fools 

never resolve complaints 

then you finally think you've sorted it and the money doesn't appear 

it's disgraceful 

please pay me back the money you owe me as I desperately need it
