Change email address my bill is sent to

Can anyone please help? I want to change the email address my bill is sent to. It is currently an old NTLWORLD email address that is only kept open to receive that email from virgin media. I have changed my contact details in my account which makes no difference what so ever. I do hope I’m not going to have to endure the call centre queues.
