I've booked an engineer to investigate an ongoing broadband issue but the contact number given is not mine. Phoned for help and the person could not find any record of the number. Logged in online and the number is there (but I don't recognise it as ever being mine)...so, I tried to change it and got this:-
VM have my correct number as they send me texts but the engineer contact number is the 'wrong' one. How do I change this?
