Cannot get my email address validated

Daughter is autistic and wants me to look after her affairs.  She has changed to my email address but VM not sending another email as I missed the first and it timed out. Tried everything to get a positive response to validate my email address. Please can you help.  It’s a new account and I don’t want her to miss a payment.
