Billing on the phone with viginmedia yesterday no luck login in I'm paying on my phone with my card from now on.

Billing no help waste of time can't do jack run up a debt banks authentication doesn't work virginmedia no help.

I am sorry to hear that you have a billing issue and that you are unable to make the payment, can you confirm if you are able to log into the online account? 

I understand that the OTAP with the bank is not working, have you spoken to them to see why this is the case?

You can call our dedicated automated payment line on 0800 064 3777. It’s available to use all day, every day.

Just make sure you have your account number and area reference number to hand. You can find these details at the top right hand corner of your bill.
