I have recently joined virgin media using the january flash sale which offered £75 bill credit off my first bill but on recieving my first its not been applied it just shows my first month and 1 advance months payment I have contacted virgin media by phone but they seemed unable to find a record of it and suggested we wait till next month to see if it appears which seems an unusual response from customer services can any one help please.
