For three days now my neighbour and I have no dialing tone only to be told there is no local fault. Obviously can't ring 150 and I can't have a conversation with a bot. We have both been with VM since the days of dial up.
If something isn't sorted I will cancel direct debit for phone and internet.

I have been able to locate your account via your profile and cannot see any area issues that would be causing the problems that you're having at the moment.
I have also checked the network myself and cannot see any issues there either, we need to send out a technician to look into this further.
