Since the recent switchover I've been able to make calls but not receive them on my landline. Running a service status check brings up the message 'Looks like phone not connected' but I guess it must be if I'm able to make calls. Ringing from my mobile I get the engaged tone.
Grateful for any help on this.

Sorry to hear about your landline
I am more than happy to take a look at this for you
Before I do are you on the traditional landline or through the Hub
Id Hub have you tried unplugging the hub for a second and back in again
Also have you tried a different handset
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
