No dial tone!

Tried to make a call today and there is no dial tone. No calls can be made or received. I've done all of the checks and it all seems fine. Please help, I am waiting on important calls.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Landline 
I can look into this for you. 

Before I do, Are you on a traditional Line or the 21Cv , Plugged into the Hub?
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
