I have no dial tone on my landline. The service status checker says everything is fine.
There seems to be no way to raise a service fault via the web.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having some problems with the dial tone on your landline. Is this issue ongoing for you today? If so, can you confirm if your landline is connected to the wall socket or via your router? Have you been able to test another landline handset to see if the issue remains? This can help to eliminate it being an equipment issue.

The issue has been for a while, but only now looking to address it, since no-one can call me - not a heavy landline user.
The telephone is plugged into the wall socket. I have tried with another telephone - the problem still exists.
