Line cord error

Just set up hub4 upgrading from hub3 and getting line cord error when plugged into router.Phone line was plugged into router on hub3 with no problems previously.

Hi agmcd73, welcome to the community! Thank you for posting. 

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your telephone line following the hub 4 upgrade. 

Can I just check you are plugging the phone into one of the white ports on the back of the hub rather than the yellow ethernet ports?

If you could also try rebooting the hub following connecting the telephone and confirm if this resolves any issues.
