My landline won’t make or receive calls, I’ve bought a new phone but it’s still the same.

Sorry to hear about these issues with your landline service! Have you recently undergone the landline switchover process with us? (Where you connect your landline via the hub?)

If you have a look at the first like, there are instructions and a picture of the adapter needed in order to complete the switchover. If you can please let us if you have received notification of the switchover and an adapter?

You can also check for outages 👉 https://virg.in/service or by calling 📞 0800 561 0061, however I've had a quick look on our systems and it does not look like you are currently affected by an outage.
