Landline voicemail not working

My landline voicemail isn't working.

Hi @Matt63, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

Is this a recent occurrence please or has this never worked for you - can you please provide more information as to when the fault first occurred and what physically happens when the landline is called? Does this just ring straight through?

Never used it before but would like to make use of it. 

The landline just carries on ringing through.

...and I rang 1571 to activate it but it didn't make a difference.
