Hello.
The voicemail to my landline is not working. Any incoming call is just continually ringing until the caller rings off.
If I dial 1571, I am getting the menu as if its all set up ok ( getting the usual greeting, a ' no new messages' message and the options to record my own greeting message etc).
My line is working ok and am able to dial out and receive as normal.
It was all working fine until I changed the package to a lower one ages ago.
can you look into this please.
