I am getting a community alarm fitted but the landline isn't on.

I have been able to locate your account and can see that the hub and telephone line are in working order on the system.
Are you getting any dial tone, when you plug your phone into the hub?

I haven't had a phone because I wouldn't have used it. I'm disabled and use my mobile. The person from community alarm installs them all the time and she couldn't get connected

I'm not sure, how you would know if the landline isn't working, if you dont have a phone plugged into the socket on your hub. Has this been pointed out by your community workers that it isn't working?
I can see from my system that you have a landline with us that is in working service.
