Since yesterday we have no ring tone, cant make or receive calls.
Checked all connections and used neighbours phone in the wall socket, but still not dial tone. Phone is plugged into wall not router. Phone fully charged. Has been working perfectly until yesterday

Is it possible you've been moved onto the digital service?
Try your phone into the hub and see if you get a dial tone, you may need an adaptor

I have changed nothing, just yesterday and today there is no dial tone. How would it change to digital without me doing it? Or being told it was being done by virgin

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with landline not working.
With the new digital service switchover, we contact customers over 3 months to let them know. So I guess you are still on the old socket.
Id like to take a look into this for you anyway.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available.
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone.
