Landline - check phone line

My landline has no dial tone and message on handset check phone line.

2 other phones in house showing the same message.

Please advise how I can report this fault and book an engineer visit.

I've checked service status page for area and there are no current issues

I've also looked at the self help but this didn't resolve the issue.
