I’m in a world of pain, my switch to Virgin has just been a nightmare from a salesman who didn’t process my order correctly and didn’t request my landline number. Since order I’ve had 2 attempts to set up transfer, and guess what it failed to port today. Sky say they don’t have a request in place. Any suggestions as to how I get this sorted would be appreciated. I’m going to loose a number I’ve had for 35 year’s
