Didn’t get an adapter

Hi I just need an adapter pls, I haven’t heard of the switchover and didn’t receive an adapter just wondered why my home phone won’t work properly.

Thanks for coming back to us JannyJ, do you mean the Virgin TV go app that you're having issues with?

If so, please can you advise what channels or programmes you're getting this message on? Some of the content is only available via a TV box rather than the TV go app due to licensing issues with certain content.

Thanx for getting back to me, not sure why I put sky go as I’ve had Virgin for years 😂 

I can’t record anything using the app, it was ok with the old app. 
It’s fine I’m not too bothered when I can prise the remote out of my hubby’s hand I just use that.
