I have a new landline that has worked for the last 2 weeks. Now the phone shows Check Phone Line and there is no dial tone. If I call from another phone I get You have dialed and incorrect number.
I have plugged another phone and cable into the hub and get the same result. I have tried to find a way to report this to Virgin but to no avail. Nothing online, no option via the phone and even tried the WhatsApp which tells me they don't deal with landlines and diverts me to the website... Any assistance available?
