Ethernet, gaming problems

Hello all, I recently got a new router put in the house and I ran a diagnostics test the other day to see why my game input felt slightly delayed for my gaming pc. It turns out there is a problem with the ethernet (and wifi)? I use tp links could this just be the problem although they seemed to be fine with the old router.

what do you use with tp links? Also, your images aren't showing; if you upload images with visible IPs or sensitive information, they'll auto-delete.

Connection: Virgin FTTP Gig2 (XGSPON)

I did hide that part of the information but must still pick it up, the images just show it says there is a problem and I am maxed at 100mbps on the pc. I use tp links because my pc is in the room directly below from the room above with the router.

Your  tp links HomePlug - Network Via Mains  is limited to 100Mb

If you got a new hub it might not like it get your own router with 1Gb ports put hub in modem mode and 1Gb HomePlug - Network Via Mains not that I recommend them due to security suggest better wifi
