can't access My Profile to Manage Accounts

I was able to access my email accounts under My Profile and Manage Accounts but the link to these have gone.

How can I access these now please?

Thank you for messaging me. I am glad I could get a ticket raised to remove the email with issues. As advised you need an active media account to use the email services.

Please pop back if you are having issues or if this has not been removed in the time frame sent in PM.

You asked me to set up an alternative forwarding email address: am I correct in saying that the forwarding will stop working once the email account is closed?

I have saved sub-folders associated with the email address: how can I save or transfer them to a new email account?

Hi @polaris1,

Thank you for your reply, I have not had an update on the IT ticket so it has not yet been removed. Once it has been removed you cannot set up auto-forwarding on this.
