I have been searching around everywhere for a way to reset my wife's email password after migrating everything to a newly bought laptop. Her account was created by myself as a sub-account. Last time I had to reset it was a long time ago when it was easy for the main account holder to manage sub-accounts directly. I understand that has all changed now and sub-accounts have to be managed by the sub account holder, each having their own email main account. Unfortunately, I have no idea what credentials her account was set up with other than the actual email address.
Calling the customer service line has got me nowhere - the help desk do not appear to understand the problem. Can anyone offer any advice on how to reseolve this please?

Thank you for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to get some help with your Wife's email account. You're absolutely correct in thinking that sub accounts are now managed through a My Virgin Media account, specific to that sub account. Each email account now needs to be linked to a non-Virgin Media email address.
