Error Code FSB50

I'm getting Error code FSB50 when logging in to VM on my Windows 10 laptop. Have looked at previous messages and turned off VPN, emptied history and cache but no luck. Can anyone help further? Thank you!

Unable to access main email account

We can’t access our main email account. The system won’t let us change password and says main email not recognised. I’ve tried entering account details and area code and that just says unavailable come back later!
