If I try to delete a sub folder, they seem deleted on webmail (but they aren't, because if I try to create a sub folder of the same name it says I am unable to because a folder of the same name already exists).
I’ve had this same problem ever since the mo idespread problems that VM had with emails in June 2024.
Any ideas please?

Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your email at the moment. Are you able to remove the subfolder, then log out and then go back in to see if the system has been updated and enables you to create a new folder.
