Recovering deleted recording

I recently deleted a recording in error on my 360 box.  Can this be recovered and if so  how as I cannot find anything saying recently deleted like on the old tivo box

    The quick answer is no, if you delete a recording on the 360 box it's gone.

     There is no deleted folder to recover recordings from unlike the V6 TiVo box.
