Deleted all Recordings

The 360 box has deleted all the recording and cancelled the planned recordings, it also keeps signing me out of iPlayer, can't sign into itvX not with QR code or email and password

Also when I press the return button the picture goes small into the bottom of the right hand side of the screen. Not like it normally does but the screen is all black, it does come back to the purple background but it take a while. 

I have rebooted the box

It will pause and rewind live tv
