Subject: Request to Close ntlworld Email Account – Deceased Account Holder
Hello,
I am requesting the permanent closure of an ntlworld email account following the death of the account holder.
Email address: [REMOVED]ntlworld.com
The account is no longer required and should be removed from your systems in accordance with Virgin Media’s procedures for deceased customers. I am available to provide any verification or documentation you require via private message.
[MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED]
Thank you.

You may not be aware that this forum will soon go off the air for a while as advised in this post:
Community Update: Upcoming Downtime | Virgin Media Community - 5692886
I know this must be a difficult time so I am sorry to say this but you may not get any further support or action from the VM staff on this forum.
VM do have a "Bereavement disconnection form" to advise that the affected VM broadband account needs to be closed That can be accessed here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/bereavementdisconnection
Or, if it is just a VM email account that needs to be deleted you would be well advised to use one of the other VM support channels rather than just rely on your forum post being actioned.
