How do I close my NTLworld email account

I left VM last June, and kept my NTLWORLD email. But have been getting more and more spam emails and some very unpleasant.

I’m wanting to get the account closed down and need to find out how to do this.

    If you wait for a day or so then a member of the forum team will get to this thread, offer to contact you by personal message and, hopefully, arrange for the address to be properly deleted.

    But as per ‘legacy1'’s  post above, how are you still seeing messages sent to that address? Did you set up some sort of forwarder to a different address and you are seeing them through that?
