403 Forbidden message

I am on holiday in Thailand and can't sign in to my virgin media account or my blueyonder email. I just get the 403 Forbidden message. I can't afford to call tech support from here. Can anyone help me please 🤔

 

  • I travel to Thailand regularly and have had similar issues with UK companies not liking a log in from a Thai IP address.

    The ONLY solution is to use a VPN, if the Google VPN is not available then you'll have to find one that will work.

    I use the free version of Windscribe which works most of the time on a Windows 11 laptop but as with all VPNs they do sometimes get blocked too.

      I have Google VPN on my pixel phone but it says VPN unavailable in my area. I've never had a problem before in Thailand or anywhere else in S.E Asia accessing emails 

  • I'm still unable to sign into my VM account and my blueyonder email. I get a 403 Forbidden message every time. I've read through the forums which say sign in and change password but I can't even sign in 🤬 I urgently need to access my blueyonder emails, help please

      Thanks for coming back to us, Nicke19. Are you able to clear your browsers cache and try again to login to your email?

      Are you able to access your email via a third party application such as Outlook or the email application on your Pixel phone?

        I have tried clearing cache but still get the 403 forbidden message. I get the same message when I try to sign into My VM. I am still in Thailand so it is difficult/expensive for me to phone for tech support. I do see a support id number before the 403 forbidden message.
