Unable to access my Webmail - 403 Forbidden
Hi
I've been trying to access my webmail, but I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error.
I'ce tried on differnet devices and browsers and going through myvirginmedia.com, but just keeping getting the 403 error.
Can anyone from @ModTeam help?

Thanks for coming back to us Cackle01. If you're still having issues with your email account, please can you try the below steps as they should refresh your email account. Please give this a try and let us know how it goes.
• Sign in to My Virgin Media
• Go to Account settings
• Click Virgin Media Mail Settings
• Security and sign in details
• Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password
• Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked.
• Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.Kind Regards,
