I have a virgin email account and I believe it may have been hacked. Although I haven’t changed the password I’m told it is incorrect. That is on the web and on my email client on my iPad. However, when I’ve tried to change the password every single one I attempt it says this password can’t be used. So something very odd is going on. Can anyone help?
