Forgotten password ntlworld email

Hi all

my Hubby has forgotten his password for his NTLWORLD email is it possible to reset it? I can’t find a way to do so.

Hi Megan, 

I’ve gone through the steps in the link you posted and unfortunately it hasn’t helped, when I click it says that the mail isn’t linked to the account (we still have a package with virgin and they use this email to communicate with us) any extra help would be great thanks
