I have had significant problems using my email over the past several days. Today, it is totally unreachable. I have followed the advice to change my password - and this has to be done on every email reader that I use - but the problem persists. I cannot access my email by any method (including online).
I rely upon having email access. The current situation is totally unacceptable.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your email address.
What is the error message you are getting when you are trying to log in? Are you a current virgin media customer?
