I've been an o2 customer for somewhere in the region of 20 years and joined Virgin Media with a broadband only package around 10 months ago. I heard about Volt and activated this through the o2 app months ago, the o2 side of things upgraded without any issues but I'm still waiting for my Virgin Media Volt benefits to go through. It's impossible to find out how to do this online, customer service chat takes an age to connect and I spent 15 minutes on the phone navigating menus only to be told that they're closed. Anyone on here know how to help with this one?
