i am having problems with my picture and sound on some of my channels, i did a reset of tivo box and ran service status check, because i did this 3 times after trying different things virgin will not allow another check til tomorrow????? why ???? i tried to start a conversation with virgin media online chat and it says there is no staff available and to try again during working hours. it was half past six in the evening and their site says they are open from 8am to 8pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
