Have had tv pixelating now for the past 3 days checked all connections and rebooted several times but it’s getting worse hd channels are unwatchable can I get an engineer out to sort this

Thanks, is this on certain channels or all, Can you please check all cables are correctly into the V6 and also the TV and the cable from the wall to the box is secure.
