Postage Packing not arrived

Hi,

I cancelled my "Fun TV" contract last month but have still not received the confirmation letter nor the postage/packing to return the TIVO box.  Could someone look into this for me please.

Sorry to hear that you're leaving us.

 

When you cancel your account, you should receive a final bill 10 days after the account is closed. 

 

If you have not received a returns pack, you can request for one here to be sent to you.
