Tried to cancel tv package twice by phone, but still paying for it.
What part of cancel tv package do they not understand? Very bad service.

have been waiting for next bill, last time I phoned they said they would cancel, but it hasn't happened, still billed for full package.
Would be good if you could do it online without all the hassle on the phone, pressing this number then that number, it is like an obstacle course to get through.
have phoned them again today, looks like it will be successful this time.

Not leaving just cancelled the tv, still have the phone and broadband. Seems to be all sorted out now.
